Ensure better, faster, cheaper, more reliable outcome by applying lean and agile principles, methods and practices in BEC’s development and context.
Work as part of Program Office & Delivery Processes and interact with rest of BEC as a learning organization striving for relentless improvement
Conduct pilot and experiments together with BEC organization on BEC central methods and processes in order to get feedback and experience for scaling to whole of BEC
Help to anchor lean and agile processes and ensure correct and good practice use of agreed tools
Participating and facilitating optimizations activities at BEC domains and programs
Support implementation of concepts and processes. Coordinate initiatives with Delivery Processes
Support compliance of processes in the organization
Provide empirical data for fact-based decision making
Supporting and assisting in compilation and organizational implementation of Ways of Working and keeping optimizing the WOW processes
Creating and refining user stories and acceptance criteria with the product owner
Commiting to team objectives and iteration goals
Contributing to self-organizing and developing and testing through agile methods in the team
Aiming for the team to be cross-functional
Working with the product owner to confirm that the objective reflect the desired business value and functionality.
Continuous improvement of the team’s process
Updating the team assignments on the team board in Jira on a daily basis and continuously on other common spaces e.g. in Confluence or SharePoint, so that the update represent a current picture
Increasing transparency by providing data and generate reports which are base for optimization and continuous improvement’
Ensuring collaboration with agile coaches related to use of processes - and receiving feedback from agile coaches
Knowledge of and experience from change and improvements bases on lean and agile methods
Practical experiences from working in an agile team
Experience with process design, to process design, to ensure optimization
Is a skilled facilitator who can empathetically, effectively and with an overview lead others through events, meetings and workshops
Masters problem solving e.g. design thinking LEAN methods so you can deduce the essence of complex situations, solve e.g. via simple concepts and bring them to life in the organization
Pervious experience with ITSM (IT service management)
Have insight working with LEAN methods
