Your responsibilities
- Be a part of a team which will maintain and develop the company’s financial-payroll system
- Conduct complex business analysis independently, design business processes, define functional requirements and test created solutions
- Cooperate with other analysts and IT developers on successful implementation of designed solutions
Our requirements
- Have experience with SQL
- Be familiar with any business workflow system (especially WEBCON
- Possess analytical skills like:
- gathering requirements regarding business process changes
- conducting meeting/workshops with internal stakeholders
- business process design and optimisation
- Have a very good command of English
- Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic backgrounds and skills
- Have experience with financial IT systems (like SAP) and implementation/improvement projects

We are looking for a specialist which who be responsible for constant development and maintenance of internal finance-payroll system (based on workflow platform). By working as a business analyst, you will have a chance to optimise digital financial/payroll processes and shape future development paths for one of the most crucial back-office systems. In broader perspective, you will be a part of an Internal Systems division and by this you will have a chance to develop an internal architecture of a fast-growing IT-consulting company.
