Join us as a Desktop Support Intern in our IT Department!

Your responsibilities
- Assisting in user needs analysis
- Supporting the team in hardware and software configuration and installation, as well as in upgrades of desktop hardware and software
- Identifying and correcting core hardware and software problems
- Supporting the team in projects implementation
- Regular reporting of work progress and preparing project documentation
Our requirements
- 3rd, 4th or 5th year students of IT Studies or related field and/or with equivalent work experience
- Knowledge about desktop engineering and desktop support
- High degree of personal organization and structured approach to problems
- A high level of written and spoken English as you will be communicating with colleagues from our global offices
- Problem-solving abilities
- Genuinely interested in helping others and in sharing information
- Desire to continue to learn new skills and develop professionally
- Availability at least 24 hours/week
