About the project
Consult Red is looking for a gifted and people-focused Cloud Engineering Lead to coordinate one of our software teams. If you are an Engineering Lead or a Senior Engineering Lead with strong technical engineering background, hands-on experience in Cloud environments, and passion for being a mentor for people – then this role is a great opportunity to develop oneself even more in those areas.
Having so far succeeded in many different software development areas, including Embedded Devices, Media, Telecom and IoT, we are now looking forward to broaden our expertise in Cloud services and bring in the top Cloud Talents to our incredible Team!
Your responsibilities
- Leading a team to success through your project coordination and leadership skills
- Communication to all stake holders, including engineers, technical leads, third party PMs and leads
- Support the career development of the individuals within your team
- Make your own technical contributions to a project - for example software design, technical problem solving, code review, software development work
Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team of software engineers
- A software engineering background - good software development skills either in Java or Go and an ability to use technical terminology to communicate detailed technical information
- Hands on experience with Cloud deployment – GCP or AWS DevOps skills
- Experience of handling external clients or internal stakeholders
- Very good English and communication skills
- Engineering background in front-end development
