About the project
Work in a large international team, in cooperation with many units of the ING Group. At ING Hubs Poland, we operate in accordance with the Agile approach, based on agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. The basis of our organization are small units called squads, which have a clear vision of their product, independently overcome emerging challenges and together develop the most flexible and effective ways of operating.
Your responsibilities
- Support work, solving incidents as a third line
- Changes related to feature implementations and projects
- Service request related to teams, teams telephony
- Participating in agile work method, daily standups, refinement and sprints
- Interact with corporate departments like financial markets, promote the service, get customers to understand solutions
Our requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience implementing and managing Office 365 products on a large scale (5k+ users),
- You have knowledge of telephony, voice protocols like SIP trunks, QoS, RDP, etc.
- You have at least basic understooding of network in general
- You are fluent in PowerShell scripting,
- You have experience with MS Teams Compliance Recording
- You have experience with the combination SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Office 365 groups
- You understood how syncronization between AD, AAD and M365 services work.
- Experience with application integration (Graph API , EWS, Conditional Access) in Office365 / Azure AD
- Experience working in a (highly) regulated environment with segregation between Risk, Audits, Security, Security Reponse, Cyber Security, etc. (role is to support and advise them on capabilities in (especially) EOP)
- Experience with Azure pipelines (Infrastructure as a Code, Configuration as Code)
- Experience with eDiscovery, Retention and Compliance (role is to support Corporate Investigations on technical matters)
- Experience with Mobile End Point Management through MDM solutions (preferably MS Intune)
