About the project
We are seeking a skilled data analyst with Python and SQL with expertise in SSIS/SSRS to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the team in developing, and maintaining complex databases, data models, and data warehouses. They will also develop, implement, and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports for data analysis. They will develop custom data models using Python and other programming languages. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members and willing to think outside the box.
Your responsibilities
- Logging of Events and Error handling
- Performance Tuning
- Scheduling and sequencing of SSIS packages and Stored Procedures
- Processing Unstructured data (XML, JSON)
Our requirements
- Experience of extracting data from multiple platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, flat files)
- Experience with T-SQL
- Python Language
- Experience in interpreting complex data, analysing results using Python (data manipulation packages like: Numpy, Pandas etc.)
- SSIS and SSRS
- Generic packages that are driven by Entities defined as Tasks within the database
- Experience with SSIS
- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations using SSRS package
- Script Tasks
- Database Interaction - Execution of Stored Procedures
- Writing Output to files
