Your responsibilities

  • Monitor portfolio performance and analyze customer behavior.
  • Analyse data, identify trends and anomalies and translate data into recommendations.
  • Optimize customer journeys and onboarding experience.
  • Support credit card acquisition campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate product communications (CRM, website).
  • Support product development, testing (UAT), and implementation.
  • Manage product documentation and ensure product compliance.
