Information on the processing of personal data for the recruitment process participant
This document contains the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data collected for the purpose of recruitment process by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

What is the purpose for processing your data?
We process your personal data to assess your qualifications to provide services or work for our company; assess your abilities and skills needed to perform services or work; choose the proper person to work with us or provide services to us, including to enhance any information that we receive from you with information obtained from third party data providers (i.e. reference requests). We process your data for the purpose of participating by you in an individual recruitment process for the purpose of participating in future recruitment processes by you, provided that you give us additional consent by selecting a voluntary checkbox.
On what legal basis do we process your data?
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is the necessity perform a contract or to take steps at your request, before entering a contract.
If you provide us more data then it is required to fulfill the purpose of the processing the lawful basis for processing is your consent expressed by providing us with additional data.

How long do we process your data?
Some of our advertisements concern positions for which we are constantly recruiting. The selection of a given candidate does not close the recruitment process. In these cases, we process your personal data for the time necessary to select the best candidate, but no longer than 12 months from receiving your application.
In other cases we conduct recruitment which is temporary and its purpose is to select only one specialist in a given specialization. In these events, we process your personal data for the duration of the recruitment process, but not longer than 3 months from its completion. If you consent to the processing of your personal data in order to participate in future recruitment processes, we will process your data for 2 years from the day when the consent was granted, but no longer than until it is withdrawn. Who is the recipient of your personal data?
The recipient of your personal data, i.e. an external entity that participates in the processing of your data, will be our trusted subcontractors - IT service providers in the field of data hosting and business mail services, recruitment platforms through which we recruit and recruitment companies which participate in the recruitment process.
For the recruitment process we use Workable, an online application provided by Workable Software Limited, to assist with our recruitment process. We also use Workable to process personal information as a data processor on our behalf. Workable is only entitled to process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and the Terms and Conditions, which you can access here: https://www.workable.com/terms.
Please note that when you apply for a job opening via the application function on a job site or similar online service provider (“Partner”), you should note that the relevant Partner may retain your personal data and may also collect data from us in respect of the progress of your application. Any use by the Partner of your data will be in accordance with the Partner’s Privacy Notice.
What data is collected by us?
We collect and process some or all of the following types of information from you:
– Information that you provide when you apply for a role. This includes information provided through an online job site, via email, in person at interviews and/or by any other method.
– In particular, We process personal details such as name, email address, address, telephone number, date of birth, qualifications, experience, information relating to your employment history, skills that you provide to us.
– If you contact us, we may keep a record of our correspondence.
– A record of your progress through any hiring process that we may conduct.
– Details of your visits to Workable’s Website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, the site that referred you to Workable’s Website and the resources that you access. We may also collect your data from other sources:
– We may receive your personal data from a third party (e.g. our current employee or from the recruitment company) who recommends you as a candidate for a specific job opening or for ournbusiness more generally.
What is the nature of providing your personal data?
Providing personal data required by the provisions of law, if your preferred form of cooperation is anemployment contract, and personal data indicated as mandatory, if your preferred form of cooperation is a civil law contract, is mandatory. We have the right to expect you to provide this data, as it is required to consider your candidacy. Failure to provide such data will result in your application not being considered in the recruitment process.
Providing other data is voluntary and does not affect the recruitment process.
How do we store your personal data?
We take appropriate measures to ensure that all personal data is kept secure including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in anunauthorized way. We limit access to your personal data to those members of our personnel who have a genuine business need to know it. Members of personnel engaged in processing of your personal data may process it only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through any online means, therefore any transmission remains at your own risk.

As a candidate, your data is stored in the Workable’s Systems. The data that we collect from you and process using Workable’s Services may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") by Workable. What rights do you have in relation to the processing of personal data?
Below we present your rights related to the protection of personal data and the fact that wenprocess your data.
The right to access data
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you. By submitting an application for access to your data, you will receive information on the processing of personal data, including, in particular, the purposes and legal grounds for processing, the scope of the data held, entities to whom personal data is disclosed and the planned date of their removal.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have your personal data rectified and / or completed without delay. It is our responsibility to ensure that our mutual communication is based on true, complete and current data.

You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the data stored about you, if the processing takes place without a legal basis, or if you have objected to their processing.

Answer to your application
If you send us an application for the individual position, a response to the application will be given within one month of its receipt. If it is necessary to extend this period, we will inform you of the reasons for such an extension.
A reply to your application will be given to the e-mail address from which you have sent the application or to the e-mail you have provided in our form, and in the case of applications in a letter sent by regular post to the address indicated by you, unless the content of the letter indicates a desire to receive feedback to the e-mail address (in this case, please provide your e-mail address).
What other relevant information should you know about?
Your personal data may be processed in our offices in Poland, which is in the European Economic Area. Your personal data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, in our registered office in Switzerland.
