About the project
We are looking for people who are interested in working on innovative solutions in the field of health and science, as well as trying to figure out sustainable development and environmental protection.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and deliver analytics solutions for the customer-centric commercial operations of our Company, including short-long term forecasting, customer analytics, segmentation analysis, pricing, marketing, and risk models.
- Develop practical, solid, and automated solutions for business problems through statistical analysis, predictive modeling, simulation, and optimization methodology.
- Lead and mentor a small team of junior data scientists and provide technical support to the broader team.
- Work closely with data science teams and business partners to identify technical gaps, gather requirements, and build impactful, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.
- Champion digital transformation and promote data best practices and documentation.
Our requirements
- PhD in a quantitative field (such as economics, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science or other related quantitative discipline) with 3+ years of analytics related industry experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
- 1+ year experience of monitoring, leading, and managing junior data scientists.
- Expert in conducting statistical inferences, traditional machine learning algorithms, time-series analysis, statistical simulation, analysis using disparate sources of data.
- Advanced programming skills in either R or Python, SQL for data ETL and machine-learning tasks, proficient in version-control tools.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead a small team to work with IT and business partner to deliver valuable scientific analytics solution.
- Experience in agriculture and economics/econometrics.
- Experience working with CRM tools, interactive visualization tools, and leveraging cloud-based data science end-to-end pipelines.
- Proficiency in operation research and deep learning-based methods.
