About the project

The Embedded Competency Center is an organizational unit that brings together over 500 specialists in the field of embedded systems. These are the internal forces of Sii for implementing various projects and services with expertise in embedded systems technologies (C, C ++, RTOS, microcontrollers).
As part of CC Embedded, we deliver embedded systems solutions that are mainly used in the automotive industry, semiconductor industry, and the Internet of Things. We also provide for clients from the medical, cartography, and railway sectors.
Currently, we are looking for a Delivery Manager who will take the leadership of services and projects which mainly focus on software development for automotive clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate the process of offer preparation
  • Estimate project costs and price
  • Propose project delivery model and plan team setup
  • Build the delivery plan along with communication and quality strategy
  • Monitor risks, prioritize issues, resolve bottlenecks
  • Act as a single point of responsibility for any delivery related matters, including escalations, scope/resource changes, upsells
  • Establish long-term partnerships with the clients, manage their expectations, and actively look for new business opportunities
  • Expand and develop the profitability of and satisfaction with your projects

Our requirements

  • At least 4 years of technical experience, preferably connected with software development for the automotive sector
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of services/projects leadership will be a big advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Higher education
  • Open personality, fighting spirit, and “can-do” attitude
  • Willingness to develop and take ownership of projects and relations
  • Ease of communication with both business and technical professionals


  • At least one certificate: PRINCE2, PMI, AgilePM or similar
