About the project

Join our team as a Delivery Manager within the Project Management Competency Center!
We provide a wide range of services for clients in the field of project management and PMO. Due to the development of our Competency Center, we are looking for professionals in the field of project and delivery management.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee IAM vendor services to ensure they are seamlessly delivered to the IAM stakeholders
  • Closely collaborate with the IAM vendor
  • Lead project teams and monitor their progress
  • Rectify reliability issues
  • Create delivery criteria and track KPIs, SLAs, and budgets
  • Support management and the teams in effective IAM reorganization
  • Establish processes to continuously improve our delivery
  • Train members of the organization on good practices in project management

Our requirements

  • Strong experience in leading the delivery of IT services 
  • Professional work experience in project/ vendor management
  • Previous work supporting large organizational transformations
  • Skills and experience in team building and driving change in organizations
  • Understanding Agile practices
  • Fluency in English
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid model from the office in Wrocław for at least 2-3 days a week
