About the project
T-Mobile Poland is developing TV services for both live and on demand content with breakthrough features to provide the best experience for our customers. Our ambition is to deliver state of the art video streaming services based on suite of microservices deployed on private and public cloud. We approach everything we do with fresh eyes, we're bold, ambitious and want to revolutionize entertainment sector on Polish market.
We are currently looking for Delivery Manager/Technical Delivery Manager role to gather all ongoing activities on technology, marketing and partners management side under one delivery umbrella.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of complex cross functional project of delivering best video streaming services on Polish market
- Gather delivery streams (technology, go to market, product requirements, partnerships management) under one delivery umbrella
- Track deliverables in all delivery streams and motivate all organization to deliver on time
- Closely cooperate with Product Owners to achieve 1:1 match of planned delivery activities with product backlogs and business goals
- Managing schedule, scope, budget and risk
- Track the quality and on time delivery of all required tasks also in other parts of the organization needed to achieve business goals
- Closely cooperate with other countries within our Group in terms of project delivery, that is why advanced English is a must
Our requirements
- 3+ years Project Management experience in complex projects with technology background
- Previous track record of successful project planning, delivery and completion
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong attention to details
- Deep understanding of technology background and ability to correlate them with defined business goals
- Experience in working with Scrum/Agile
- Expertise in tool supporting effective planning (i.e. MS Project)
