Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our All-Star DevOps team
  • Coordinate, assign and review work among our DevOps engineers who:
  • Containerize our various products, with the top standard of monitoring of our networking and performance, managed with advanced cloud services
  • Plan, design, and implement the orchestration of our operations, adding load balancing, availability, geolocation, and scalability to our services
  • Improve our products and blockchain deployment, developing tools and methods to automate deployments while maintaining the security of our assets
  • Learn and apply external blockchain node operations, and add these to our company's assets inline with our high standard of operations
  • Design & Implement the DevOps platform and tools from the ground up to support every step in the development lifecycle including orchestration, versioning, monitoring, packaging, IaC, and testing

Our requirements

  • 3+ Engineering management experience
  • 5 years in an active DevOps role
  • Hands-on experience with a major Cloud Provider
  • Strong knowledge of Linux environments (SElinux, LVM, services, logrotate, etc.)
  • Experience working with Docker and containerization
  • Experience with programming languages, preferably Go
  • Experience with secure architecture implementation and design on AWS, including high availability, disaster recovery, and security
  • Familiarity with blockchain & web3 technologies (++ for Cosmos)
