About the project

For our customer, the company presented on the market over 20 years, specialised in creating a software for tourism sector we are looking for DevSecOps Engineer. The person on this position will join a new security team to build processes from scratch. You will be responsible for supporting the secure design and implementing the software development Life Cycle as well as shaping software security practices.
Project information:
  • Location: Wrocław (hybrid – 1 or 2 days per month in the office)
  • Type of employment: B2B contract (with 26 paid days off)
  • Remuneration: 32 000 - 36 000 PLN net + VAT (monthly)
  • Flexible working hours: core hours 10:00 am – 2:00 pm CET
  • Level: Senior
  • Project language: Polish and English
  • Contract length: Indefinite/ long-term
  • Start date: depending on candidate’s availability
  • Your responsibilities

    • Driving security best practices in architectural and application implementation
    • Designing, developing and implementing processes, policies and trainings about security best practices
    • Securing software development life cycle solutions
    • Contributing to tool evaluation, selection and recommendation
    • Establishing applications security architecture elements, securing software development life cycle for large projects
    • Cooperation with senior management on defining roadmaps, needs and provide short and mid-term forecasting
    • Supporting R&D activities as a Subject Matter Expert

    Our requirements

    • Experience as DevSecOps Engineer, or in Operation Security or Application Hardening
    • Systems-level knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and MSSQL
    • Background in working with monitoring frameworks like and ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
    • Knowledge about hardenning of CI/CD pipeline (Gitlab, GCP, etc)
    • Fluent English
