About the project

Location: hybrid work (3 days in the office in Warsaw, 2 days remote)
Start: ASAP (max. 1 month)
Type of contract: B2B with Client
Salary: 100 - 130 zł/h + VAT (depends on experience)
Client: electronics industry

Your responsibilities

  • Managing development of an e-commerce store based on an open-source engine (selling 10-20 products globally), an online forum and website
  • Managing maintenance of web applications
  • Supervising internal technical team and managing external suppliers
  • Planning delivery roadmap and managing development budget and scope
  • Analyzing user data, metrics and feedback and translating them into requirements and tasks

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of managing an IT team or IT projects
  • Commercial experience with e-commerce maintenance and development
  • Experience with customer journey and sales funnel analytics
  • Experience with supplier management
  • Good knowledge of web/e-commerce analytical tools and techniques (Google Analytics or similar)
  • Good understanding of web technologies
  • Hands-on experience in programming or IT administration
  • Management, organizational and time-management skills
  • English - B2

    Optional

  • PHP, Ruby on Rails or Typescript programming experience
  • Experience with Magento platform
  • Knowledge of SEM technologies
