About the project
Consult Red is looking for a gifted leader to coordinate one of our software teams. The majority of our projects are rooted in the embedded realm, either digital TV/media or IoT. Our engineers mainly use C++ or C, so up-to-date experience with those is necessary to be able to efficiently support your team on a daily basis.
Our role of Engineering Lead is heavily people-focused, and it will definitely help you develop your interest in leadership.
Your responsibilities
- Leading a team to success through your project coordination and leadership skills
- Communication to all stake holders, including engineers, technical leads, third party PMs and leads
- Support the career development of the individuals within your team
- Make your own technical contributions to a project - for example software design, technical problem solving, code review, software development work
Our requirements
- Embedded software development background is a must have - we need you to understand what your team members do, be able to do some code review or discuss technical solutions with your team or clients.
- Very good English and communication skills are needed, as majority of your tasks will revolve around communication.
- Experience of handling external clients as well as internal stakeholders is desired.
- Any experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team of software engineers is desirable but we’re open to experienced software engineers looking forward to starting such a career path.

- A salary of 23,500 - 28,000 PLN gross
