Your responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing DLP use cases to protect from classified data leakage
  • Working with stakeholders across functions and analysing Data Leakage Prevention risk picture to propose and implement effective controls
  • Conducting data protection awareness and communication campaigns
  • Cooperating with data protection stakeholders to manage and fulfil requirements for DLP
  • Administrating Enterprise class DLP platform following incident, change and problem management processes
  • Providing data security consultation and risk analysis in various Cyber Security groups
  • Performing DLP Team business as usual activities

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in similar DLP related role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • You are experienced in implementing enterprise class Data Leakage Prevention solutions for data-in-transit, data-in-use and data-at-rest
  • Experience preparing Cyber Security Reports in data protection area
  • You have experience working in regulated environment cooperating with business, risk/compliance legal and IT stakeholders
  • At least basic knowledge of Banking regulations related to Data Protection, e.g. Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and other relevant regulations being subject of audit from institutions such as European Central Bank, EBA, FSA, other EU/ US Financial Authorities and Banks
  • Information Security related certification e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA is a plus

Welcome to the Data Leakage Prevention team. We add value by preventing sensitive data exfiltration. As the Data Leakage Prevention Specialist/Expert, you'll play a valuable role in the team.
You'll join a team of DLP Experts with broad knowledge od IT Security. The role is based in Gdynia or Warsaw.

  • Practical knowledge of implementing and maintaining enterprise class DLP solutions (e.g. Symantec, Forcepoint, Microsoft)
  • Ability to implement of DLP controls across enterprise functions (Business, IT, Legal, Risk & Compliance)
  • Good understanding of Information Technologies and IT Service Management
  • Good planning and work organization skills
  • Knowledge of how to define, measure and mitigate data leakage risks in banking environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English language, both in speaking and in writing
