Your responsibilities
- You are a part of the Connected Industry team within the central IT division of Robert Bosch Group.
- You actively shape and develop the Manufacturing IT solution portfolio of the Bosch Factories, within Enterprise Architecture Standards.
- You will work as a key driver in the MES implementation project for central developments in the Bosch Mobility area and do solution-based customer consulting including customer plants’ transition to the Bosch Manufacturing & Logistics Platform and S/4 HANA
- You have experience in configuring and developing MES systems
- You skilled in improving technical IT teams work via methods, data and automation across the solution lifecycle, including sound expertise in DevOp in the role of the MES team Application Architect
Our requirements
- Proven reference MES projects as consultant, lead developer or tech lead, FMEA; TOGAF certification or similar is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of plant connectivity ME-System integration or SAP PP, must have a trouble shooting experience in the MES shopfloor environment and application development and roll-out, incl. connecting to SAP ERP systems
- Deep technical understanding of integrated IT solutions, basic project management, good technical risk and stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking
- Team player, flexible, reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Very good English skills a must, good German is a plus
