About the project

The Support Analyst for Google Ad Manager is a product and web technologies expert who delights customers with insights and amazing solutions. This professional is a team player who works with engineers, Technical Account Managers, internal and external support teams to troubleshoot technical issues for publishers. He/she loves sharing knowledge and can participate in team projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via email and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving, reporting and creative issues
  • Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to publisher customers
  • Serve as point of contact for internal projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and operational effectiveness
  • Escalate violations of client policies using internal tools
  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case
  • Achieve daily / weekly / quarterly productivity deliverables

Our requirements

  • C1 proficiency in both German, English and Polish
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate complex topics simply to a non-technical audience
  • Analytical skills, technically minded and highly detail oriented
  • Good knowledge in CSS, HTML and JavaScript

  • College degree or relevant experience
  • 1 year working experience
  • Google products knowledge (Google AD manager)
