About the project
We are seeking a motivated person to join our Finance IT team in Poznań.
As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a timely and efficient manner. Please notice that this is work in the office in Poznań.

Your responsibilities
- Follow up with interfaces (75% of the time),
- Parameterization of applications,
- Assist users with technical issues and troubleshooting,
- Perform integration tests to ensure smooth functioning of applications,
- Write documentation for applications and user manuals,
- Provide trainings to end users (new agencies, new colleagues).

- Minimum 1 year of experience on similar position,
- Excellent French and English skills.
