YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG

Support projects as a bridge between business, IT, and UX: You will support internal customers to build outstanding digital products and services. You will experience a variety of exiting domains of Bosch business.
Experience collaboration: You will be a part of the User Experience, Business Modelling and Communication department of the Bosch Corporate IT and you will collaborate closely with different disciplines (software developers, system architects, product owners, user researchers, interaction designers, quality assurance experts) as well as customers, users, domain experts, and other stakeholders in an international context.
Your responsibilities
- Identify stakeholders and gather their requirements and expectations
- Analyze, develop, prioritize, and organize functional, non-functional, and system requirements, including use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria etc.
- Map business processes (as-is and to-be)
- Document scope, requirements, specifications and training materials
- Make sure requirements are of top quality, thanks to deep understanding of context, are described professionally and clearly, from both usiness and technical perspective
- Transit of the requirements to the product owners, UX, developers, quality engineers and ensure common understanding
- Research and analyze opportunities for improvement
Our requirements
- Proactive and self-leading attitude
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, being able to communicate with a variety of different stakeholders
- Inquisitiveness and searching for in-depth understanding of business requirements and needs
- Well organized with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- At least 3 years of working experience as a business/system analyst
- Strong technical background in web and cloud
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN, experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to map business processes, document requirements and user flows, and create requirement as well as functional specifications
- Experience in conducting workshops to reveal business needs, gather requirements, map as-is processes and define to-be processes
- Good understanding of how Business Analysts operates in Scrum team
- Experience with Enterprise Architect and PlantUML will be a plus
- Experience in IoT projects will be a plus
- Experience in UX design
- Languages: High level English, German nice to have
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor / Master’s degree in areas like Information Technology, Software Development, Business Analysis, or a comparable field of study
