IT Manager - F/M

Your responsibilities

• The purpose of this role is ensuring the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, effective management of the IT team and supporting the achievement of the organization’s business goals. Key duties include:
• Maintaining and developing IT infrastructure by ensuring the continuity of systems, networks, servers, and hardware;
• Ensuring IT security by implementing security policies and providing protection against cyberattacks and data loss;
• Managing, initiating, and supervising IT projects, including digital transformation;
• Managing the IT budget, ensuring cost control and the effectiveness of IT investments;
• Implementing new technologies that support business processes and optimizing existing IT systems and processes;
• Managing licenses as well as the inventory of IT equipment and resources;
• Ensuring IT operations comply with applicable data protection and information security regulations;
• Training employees in the proper use of IT systems and cybersecurity principles.

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial or leadership position in the IT area;
• Experience in managing teams and technology projects;
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (computer networks, servers, workstations, mobile devices);
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection, familiarity with Windows Server and Linux, helpdesk/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice) and cloud environments;
• Management of backup and data recovery systems, knowledge of network administration and network security issues;
• Familiarity with ERP systems, document workflow systems, and business applications;
• Knowledge of the IT services market;
• Knowledge of personal data protection and information security regulations (e.g., GDPR);
• Ability to perform IT risk analysis and implement preventive measures;
• Knowledge of business continuity of systems and IT incident management;
• English proficiency at C1 level;
• Very good work organization, independence, responsibility, and proactivity;
• Ability to communicate technological topics in a way that is understandable to business stakeholders.

Optional

• Participation in projects related to AI, automation, BI, data analytics, or digital transformation;
• Knowledge of BI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation, or cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, database management systems (np. SQL Server, MySQL);
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive); operating systems: Windows Server oraz Linux, Narzędzia helpdesk / ticketing (np. Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice);
• Experience in the manufacturing, digital, or organizations with complex and distributed technological structures.
