Your responsibilities

• Creation, update and maintenance of various master data in ERP and other systems.
• Monitor correctness of master data processes including conformation of vendor master data globally through phone call.
• Resolution of day to day operational issues and generation and analysis of standard and ad hoc reports.
• Ensure internal control procedures are in place and check data validation related to master data processes.
• Perform tasks accurately and on time and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the proper documentation flow.
• Coordinate or participate in the projects and show initiative in order to implement improvements and standardization.
• Carefully create, update and verify documentation to secure knowledge about the process within the team.
• Deliver results according to the set goals (KPI’s) in order to contribute to effective realization of team objectives.
• Share knowledge with the team and support team members in order to achieve team goals.

Our requirements

• have professional experience with documentations (1-2 years), previous work experience with master data will be an advantage;
• have communicative English (min.B1 level);
• have good practical knowledge of MS Office tools: Excel (as a must) and also Word, PowerPoint;
• have analytical skills and attention to details;
• are able to perform multiple and various activities within the same period of time and high focus on data quality and accuracy;
• are independent at work and not afraid to take initiative;
• are able to learn and understand dependences between processes and systems;
• are well organized, detail-oriented and problem solving person;
• have self-motivation, are able to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines.
