About the project

We are looking for Microsoft Exchange Administrator who will join a team of 10. You will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd level of support, as well you will monitor and handle incidents.
  • Industry: Finance
  • Work model: remote, shifts 16:00 – 21:00
  • Contract’s length: 6 months plus possibility to extend
  • Rate: up to 120 PLN/h depending on experience
  • Project language: German
  • Start: 1.07.2023

    • Your responsibilities

    • Order processing and incident handling in the Windows Messaging environment.
    • Administration and operation of web database and messaging environments while avoiding escalations in accordance with the parameters stored in the respective system/tool.
    • Analysis, planning, provisioning and migration of web database and messaging environments according to project or order specifications and the technical quality features/requirements.
    • Preparation of documentation as part of planning and migration.
    • Troubleshooting at 2nd and 3rd level for web database and messaging solutions according to defined incident/problem management process.

    Our requirements

    • Experience in administration and operation of messaging environments (Microsoft Exchange online and onpremise) including adaptive systems such as Skype, Teams, UMS.
    • Experience in troubleshooting at 2nd and 3rd level for messaging solutions according to defined incident/problem management process.
    • Specialist know-how in Windows messaging environments, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and online services, as well as in web database.
    • ITIL-compliant handling of changes and incidents while avoiding escalations in accordance with the parameters stored in the respective system/tool.

    • Knowledge of general and security requirements in the banking environment.
