About the project

We are seeking a talented and experienced PEGA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PEGA technology and its capabilities. The candidate will work closely with our team of developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand business requirements and design solutions
  • Develop and customize PEGA applications to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain PEGA workflows, business processes, and rules
  • Integrate PEGA applications with external systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEGA applications
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Our requirements

  • CSSA, Senior System Architect Certification
  • 5+years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise level business solutions and applications
  • Hands on experience in Application and Case design, Data Model design, Data Migration, User experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment and testing
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
  • Expertise in a variety of technologies, including WebShere or Weblogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL
  • Familiarity with the various technical landscapes of multi-channel business architectures including CRM, web, legacy, and 3rd-party software systems and the key linkages between them
