About the project

The successful candidate will translate business requirements into test scenarios and test cases, will create test documentation, will be responsible for the design and execution of functional test cases, report testing progress and defects, will improve the testing process and develop test automation scripts.
The candidate will work closely with project managers, technical leaders, business analysts, and other test team members and will proactively work to resolve any issues.

Your responsibilities

  • Application Maintenance and Support or Development or Modernization
  • L2 Incident, L3 Problem Management, analysis, and code fix
  • Release to Build and Test – Implement or adapt service support according to the defined project. Assist and prepare Acceptance-for-Support session
  • Configuration Management - Keep Configuration Management tool up to date, upon build activities. Creates Configuration Item record in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Being responsive to clients whilst following the principles and procedures of the quality management system
  • Build strong working relationships with onshore/offshore teams, customers and users
  • Good awareness of the customer’s business and in-depth knowledge of the customer’s environment and processes
  • Must have a sense of ownership in handling project and technical issues and must be able to provide effective and timely resolution

Our requirements

  • Development or Support experience in PowerBuilder Application Development
  • Strong experience in PowerBuilder and SQL/PL SQL
  • Strong analytical, good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and /or reports/documentation for delivery
  • Experience in identifying and delivering technical solutions to customer business problems
  • Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills and capable of independently communicating with customers
  • Exposure to IT Service Management
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, SQL Navigator
  • Knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA, Remedy, or ServiceNow


  • Experience in C#, development
  • Familiarity with Microsoft team foundation server, MongoDB, Github
