Are you looking for an exciting Presales Engineer role where you could use your pro-skills in leading discussions, and reflect business requirements in well-crafted solutions? If so, we have an excellent opportunity to utilize your communication, technical, and collaborative skills. All you have to do is to join the Product and Technology Consulting team in the biggest European Python Powerhouse based in Poland.
Your job is to turn a business opportunity into a signed deal. You should be a great communicator with top-notch analytical skills. We need you to work with our potential clients, discover their real business needs with great unveiling questions, and reflect the scope in a documented solution. The effects of your work should create a backbone of a winning proposal.
💸Salary💸
Regular: up to 21 800 zł + VAT
Senior: up to 26 000 zł + VAT
Your responsibilities
- Facilitate the technological aspects of the pre-sales process.
- Consult with our Solutions Architects on project estimates and technology choices.
- Comprehend business needs and requirements and advise on architecture, technology, and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare tailor-made client proposals.
- Lead in-depth technical discussions with clients.
- Assess and evaluate project risks related to technology choices.
Our requirements
- Pro in developing software product specs, gathering and understanding technical requirements.
- At least five years of industry experience, including two or more years in engineering or consulting Web-Based Application Development (within Python and Javascript stack).
- Great interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner.
- Ability to document solutions as text, spreadsheets, and diagrams.
- Expertise in supporting sales engagements through client discussions, meetings, demonstrations, presentations, tenders, workshops, and proposals.
- "Whatever the problem, be part of the solution" attitude.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+).
- Business value thinking.
- Willingness to travel when required.
