Product Manager

Your responsibilities

• Driving a product or product series from a technical perspective through the phases from early concepts to development, launching and finally, end-of-life sales and support:
• Collecting product hardware and software requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Building presentations, roadmaps and customer sales material together with our sales and marketing department.
• Work with product look and feel, including the exterior housing, UIs (App, WebUIs) in close collaboration with our designers.
• Cooperating with Project Management, SMEs, Solution designers, and graphical designers.
• Reporting to the Icotera Project Board, led by the Product Management department, and including key stakeholders within Icotera.

Our requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager for hardware or software-based products is a must.
• Technical understanding, and experience.Good knowledge of project management areas and their best practices.
• Good understanding of product life cycle.
• Ability to execute and focus on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Languages: Fluency in English (additional languages will be an asset).
• Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
• Management and leadership skills.
• Self-motivation and time management skills to meet deadlines/priorities.
• Enthusiastic, positive, “can do” approach.
• Have technical knowledge of the telecommunication industry.
• Senior experience with interest in taking a lead role in the department.
• Have previous experience with end-customer product development.
• You got experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content, and create visual and diagrams for technical support content.
