About the project
As the Product Owner for Data & Analytics, you will work closely with a team of business analysts and farm data statisticians to manage the backlog on all data and reporting activities relating to our farmer owners. Your primary responsibility will be enabling internal stakeholders to deliver value to Arla within various areas, including service management, on-farm performance, sustainability, commercialization of data, and farmer case management, while providing high-quality analysis at speed to key stakeholders to support business decisions and direction. Additionally, you will lead strategic projects that support Arla's data lead ambitions and ensure a robust governance process that adheres to Arla's data sharing principles.
Your responsibilities
- Contributing to the product vision and roadmap.
- Managing the backlog and prioritizing data requests.
- Collaborating with other Product Owners to track dependencies in the Agile Release Train.
- Maximizing the value produced by the team.
- Participating in iteration planning, review/demo, and retrospective.
- Working closely with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver value-adding reporting solutions.
- Implementing governance processes for internal and external data requests.
- Ensuring up-to-date data sharing principles across all digital systems.
- Acting as a sparring partner to support decision-making and business growth for business and commercial managers.
- Leading investigations and strategic decision-making on data sharing with third-party vendors.
