Product Owner

Your responsibilities

• Transforming the vision from the main stakeholder into project deliverables,
• Leading the development and operational teams,
• Advising and implementing best working strategies for both teams,
• Working everyday with stakeholders (inside and outside project environment),
• Monitoring and reporting tasks’ progress and quality,
• Representing the project on LH Group level stakeholders.

Our requirements

• Experience in Product Owner role and or Project Manager role for large/international projects,
• Experience in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban),
• IT background,
• Skills and experience in backlog management as well as in task management,
• Skills and experience in identification of client’s needs,
• High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to include others,
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish (written and spoken).

Optional

• Experience in IT systems integration area, e.g. in message oriented middleware systems,
• German language.
