Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager who will deliver the best experience to our clients with passion and an open mind.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver Enterprise Salesforce projects within scope, schedule and budget with every stage on project monitoring
- Lead projects in multinational environment, which may include global roll-outs
- Establish and maintain balance among project team, sponsors, resource managers and stakeholders with ability to conflict management
- Effectively mitigate project risks through risk identification and proactive planning
- Work closely with the customer to establish priorities and achieve desired goals and benefits
- Effectively communicate project status and key project metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders and customers and across enterprise as necessary
- Taking leadership on the projects and actively collaborate with delivery managers and client principles on business and offering development
- Preparing on-time project materials such as project steerco presentation and meeting notes
- Manage customer relationship and look for up- and cross-selling opportunities
- Mentor and encourage skill development of project team members
Our requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience in international environment
- Knowledge and interest in an IT industry
- Experience in leading projects in the areas of software development and/or systems integration solutions
- Proven record of leading/influencing teams and achieving objectives
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience in leading projects in the areas of software development and/or systems integration solutions
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Polish or German would be a huge asset
- Strong leadership and ownership
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project timetables
- Willingness to work in a multinational environment
- Collaborative approach to people, flexibility and responsiveness
- Openness to upselling
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
