Your responsibilities

• Build a strong regional IT team to meet local requirements and implement standards set and agreed upon by the international IT team.
• Collaborate with central IT and security teams to build strategy, projects and support by coordinating local delivery.
• Manage all local IT security audits, monitoring, GDPR, compliance and tasks related to improving our IT security posture.
• Responsible for the execution of all IT infrastructure audits, including internal and external IT and SOX audits.
• To organize and execute IT team meetings in the region, regular documented one to one meetings and evaluations.
• To support the region's companies making sure IT has high availability and resources properly match business requirements.
• Drive activities to increase internal customer satisfaction.

Employer requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of commercial experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager - the total work experience gained should be 10 years.
• High level of infrastructure, helpdesk, department and people management skills.
• High level of general business knowledge, supporting high focus on on-time delivery.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT compliance and monitoring activities.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 level).
