About the project
The newly created support discipline provides room to shape the role, and space for own initiative and solution thinking, to further simplify and standardize internal processes and give our 450 sales engineers more customer facing time. The role of “Salesforce Technical Analyst” is a critical role in driving continuous improvement of our Salesforce org, bringing more data-driven decision-making into the sales organization.
Your responsibilities
- Being an integral part of the Salesforce Development team to design, build, deploy and support IMI Hydronic Engineering’s internal software platform: Salesforce.
- Provide expert knowledge to implement Sales Cloud, CPQ and Service Cloud projects in a timely and effective way.
- Be the ambassador of the Sales community into further divisional collaboration around data management definitions, and selected systems such as PowerBI, and an active member of the Global Sales Support group.
Our requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator. Each additional certification will be a plus.
- Fluent in English, any additional Language is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally.
