About the project

The IT Operations Center at Sii is an internal organizational unit that brings over 400 specialists across Poland. The team supports clients in four main areas: Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ServiceNow. The implemented projects involve over 270,000 users in 2,300 different locations. Our offer includes implementation, integration, migration, and optimization of on-premise and Cloud IT systems.
On top of that, we deliver 24/7 support and maintenance services along with consulting and professional services in DevOps and ServiceNow.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and develop functional specifications and automation solutions based upon SCCM, Active Directory, PowerBI and SQL Reporting Services
  • Leverage automation to supplant tedious administration tasks
  • Create new robotic process automation (RPA) or enhance existing applications to automate operational support processes
  • Identify and address SCCM performance bottlenecks or improvement areas
  • Configure and report relevant Key Performance Indicators to determinate deployed SCCM and endpoint solution health
  • Work with client engineering and operational teams to debug deployed solutions issues including test and replication of the issues presented
  • Build and maintain documentation of processes, environments, and automations

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with technologies such as SCCM, Active Directory, Power BI, SQL Reporting Services, PowerShell, GPO
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Commitment and readiness to develop
