About the project
As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating the agile Scrum process across multiple teams in Zonda. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Scrum framework is being followed and that the team is consistently delivering high-quality products. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the Scrum processes across different teams to ensure that they are aligned and working towards the same goals.
Your responsibilities
- Facilitate the Scrum process across multiple teams, ensuring that the framework is being followed and that the team is meeting its goals;
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure that it is up-to-date;
- Help the team to identify and remove impediments that are preventing them from delivering high-quality products;
- Coordinate the Scrum processes across different teams to ensure that they are aligned and working towards the same goals;
- Act as a mentor to the team, helping them to continuously improve their processes and practices;
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives;
- Ensure that the team is following best practices for agile development, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
Our requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a distributed environment;
- Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams;
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve its goals;
- Experience in coordinating multiple Scrum teams working on the same product or project;
- The ability to identify and remove impediments that are preventing the team from delivering high-quality products;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically;
- Good command of English - the ability to create documentation in the English language and fluent communication with the international team.
