About the project
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our growing team in the automotive industry. Our company is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality products to meet the needs of our customers, and we are looking for a Scrum Master who can help us achieve our goals.

Your responsibilities
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings,
- Ensure that the team is following Scrum principles and practices,
- Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress,
- Promote collaboration, teamwork, and open communication within the team,
- Coach the team on how to effectively use Scrum,
- Help the team to continuously improve their Scrum processes,
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized,
- Ensure that sprint goals are met, and sprint backlog is updated regularly,
- Facilitate risk management and conflict resolution within the team.
Our requirements
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles and practices
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
