About the project
We are looking for a Scrum Master for our amazing team, who will make it stronger. Each of us, even though of different individuality, supports the product team and the entire organization. We can always count on each other.
On a daily basis, we are agile in agile methodologies and frameworks, strongly supported by our organization. We are not afraid of Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban. Every day we support our teams in their commitment to self-organization because we are convinced that it is an element of the significant creation of useful products.
Currently we are looking for a Scrum Master to particular project, which deals with fin-tech in the super-app area. You will work in a team of a dozen or so people from multiple countries. Interesting challenge! We remember about continuous personal development, so this is only the first project of many that await you in the future.
Put simply, you’ll be our go-to person for applying Scrum to produce high-quality work.
Our Scrum teams care personally about the success of developed apps. As Scrum Masters, we ensure that the team stays focused on the goal, and teach about the importance of Sprint Goals, roadmaps, metrics, and user feedback.
Your responsibilities
- Work on a daily basis with international clients and teams
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile principles and the Scrum framework to bring value to client
- Promote and support Agile practices within the organization
- Organize and facilitate Scrum events including sprint planning sessions, backlog refinements, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
- Identify and help to remove impediments
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Ensure cross-team coordination
Our requirements
- Have at least 2 year of commercial experience as a Scrum Master
- Theoretical and practical knowledge about Agile software development methodologies, values, and processes
- Practical experience with product delivery in Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to receive and give feedback
- Collaborative approach for driving decisions
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- PSM I, PSM II certificate
- Being passionate about new technologies
- High motivation and self-drive for learning and personal development
- The ability and willingness to obtain and share knowledge with others
