Your responsibilities
- The role consists of ca. 20% team leading and 80% development
- Backend development of demanding premium web sites and web services
- Code reviews and quality control measures
- Look together with the team for solutions of problems
- Verify, evaluate, and implement change requests
- Plan and coordinate Java team duties
- Supporting or leading internal projects
Our requirements
- Proven experience with Java language, including latest versions
- Great knowledge of Spring framework
- Experience with Web Services
- Professional software development know-how
- Ability to write unit tests
- Deep knowledge and working experience with hybris/SAP Commerce (B2B and B2C)
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Very good planning skills, organization of own work and teamwork
- Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
- Very good English communications skills – additional German is an asset
- Quality oriented
- Well-polished people skills
