About the project
We are seeking a highly motivated software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the trading platform of NinjaTrader. The candidate should be comfortable working with a team of developers to create innovative trading software solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop complex software systems, including software architecture and interfaces.
- Develop high-quality, reusable code that can be easily maintained and extended.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
- Testing the software/code.
- Experience with using DevOps practices and infrastructure as code tools.
- Bring new ideas to the team.
Our requirements
- Fluent in English writing and speaking.
- At least 3 years of experience developing strategies/indicators, preferably in Ninjascript.
- Strong programming skills in C# and experience with Visual Studio.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and indicators.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be familiar with GitLab and/or GitHub.
- Experience with DevOps practices.
- Experience with TradeStation, TradingView and/or MetaTrader is a plus.
- You ask the questions that help the team rigorously define the project and decide if it is possible and desirable.
