Then you may be the Senior QA Engineer we are looking for!
You can be a part of our success by joining our R&D team in Warsaw as Senior QA for our End User Apps and help people with hearing loss, by bringing our leading hearing health care solutions to the market. The area
In the role as of Senior QA, you will become a part of the R&D unit Software Solutions (SWS), with development teams in both Poland and Denmark. In SWS, we are developing software for desktop, mobile, wearables (Apple Watch) and cloud solutions enabling our customers to get the most benefit out of our hearing aids. We are looking for an experienced tester, who will join our team working on the testing of a cross-platform mobile app for Android and iOS devices. The application is an innovative solution allowing tele-medicine and remote control of hearing aids. The quality assurance process is highly developed (medical industry) and there is a strong focus on test automation.
Your responsibilities
- Create and maintain the Quality Strategy and Quality Plans;
- Develop and support automation test framework and automation strategies, for functional and non- functional testing;
- Create test plans and perform planning activities. Define test objectives, write and execute test cases and test scenarios (automated & manual);
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, Management);
- Providing high and low-level estimates of the testing effort;
- Be a member of a SCRUM team, focusing on a team goal;
- Track and report test progress, build and improve tests dashboards for management and stakeholders;
- Lead and mentor Junior QAs ensure the team is complying with organization’s QA processes, standards and best practices;

- be eager to acquire test automation skills (C#, Appium)
Our requirements
- Preferably higher education, technical or in other related fields
- 5+ years in related field including technical experience in software testing and quality assurance management;
- 2+ years as a Senior QA or Team Lead role;
- Nice to have ISTQB certification and Management or Leading trainings
- Fluent English
