Your responsibilities
- Both UX and UI design works for complex, enterprise-level mobile and web applications, from the concept phase to final development-ready user flows.
- Ideating, exploring, and communicating design decisions and concepts through wireframes, sketches, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Presenting and pitching design choices and ideas to stakeholders.
- Conducting and facilitating UX workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts, developers to understand product requirements and translate them into final user flows (development-ready hi-fi mockups, interactive prototypes, etc)
- Working with complex design system - building, maintaining and improving
Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Understanding of banking/financial digital products, and services
- Excellent both UX and UI skills. Proven experience of working within large, complex agile projects for enterprise organizations. The portfolio is a must.
- Strong verbal communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Must work well in a team-oriented, multi-culture environment.
- Practical knowledge of design systems.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills (C1)
- Managing ambiguity skills
