About the project
We are an experienced team responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using various technologies. By joining our Financial Services practice, you will participate in all phases of creating business solutions and will be working closely with the customers. You will be part of a scrum team that draws on the best practices of lean software development.
Your responsibilities
- manage a team of UX/UI designers and developers
- act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
- plan team’s development and promptly react to business needs in terms of skills in demand
- develop /create and implement design strategies and processes
- design responsive applications for both desktop and mobile
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
- conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies
Our requirements
- MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, UX Design or another related area
- 5+ years of experience UX/UI area
- Advanced knowledge of design applications: Figma is a must; Zeplin, Adobe Suite etc. would be an asset
- Practical knowledge of creating clickable prototypes
- Advanced knowledge of design process frameworks, e.g.: Design Thinking, Double Diamond or similar
- Advanced knowledge of various research methods & user testing
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Experience in conducting workshops with business and technology partners on the requirements for the design and development of proposed solutions
- Experience in Agile delivery model
- Experience in pre-sale support and rapid prototyping for client meetings
- Understanding of Technology Management, Technology Consulting, People management
- Understanding of Business Analysis, Product Management, UX Design and other functional areas of software engineering
- Lean mindset, combining technology and entrepreneurial skills with core management skills; leadership presence
- Fluent level of written and spoken English
