Your responsibilities

  • Local IT support in Wrocław
  • Service Desk Support for our external and internal customers (level 1 and partially level 2)
  • Internal support to all employees for our ERP system (including management reports)
  • Contribution towards and improvement of company’s knowledge base system
  • Interaction with customers via diverse channels, i.e email, phone, chat, ticketing system, etc.

Our requirements

  • Spoken and written both English and German skills at C1 level
  • Knowledge about business IT–Infrastructure (Windows, Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop etc.) and some server technologies (Windows/Linux Server, Atlassian products, Office 365 with SharePoint and MS Teams as examples)
  • Strong network and software troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to perform remote support
  • Readiness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Skills in organizing and prioritizing tasks when working by yourself or in a team
  • Excellent communication skills

  • MacOS knowledge and support experience
