About the project

Are you ready to join our international team as a ServiceNow Developer in our team? We shall tell you why you should...
You will be a part of a young existing team in Warsaw and Denmark (~20 team members in total). The team is responsible for customizing and improving ServiceNow which is a strategic platform in the KMD group. Additionally, a year ago team started to build a ServiceNow solution for NEC company which will become a strategic and key ITSM tool for the whole NEC group around the world. Your tasks will include creating customer portals, implementing new applications and solutions in the ServiceNow platform, and creating new integration with external systems in KMD/NEC group and/or with our customers. You will work with challenging cases which will expand your knowledge and give You a lot of satisfaction when You will solve them 😊. We are working using scrum methodology and you will have an opportunity to help improve that process in our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing, building, and customizing ITSM applications and services (ServiceNow)
  • Implementing and maintaining frontend portals in ITSM
  • Providing mentoring and guidance for ITSM System Administrators
  • Taking ownership of complex business requirements and leading them to completion
  • You have the possibility to participate in attractive workshops (e. g. ServiceNow Hackathon) to improve your skills
  • You have the possibility to participate in most of the training provided by ServiceNow

Our requirements

  • Have a good sense of humor
  • Have experience as an ITSM Developer supporting IT service management
  • with experience in designing and configuration of core applications
  • Have experience with Scripting – JavaScript and Web Services
  • Have experience in frontend developing – AngularJS, HTML, CSS
  • Have knowledge of ITIL
  • Have a positive “can-do” attitude and quality-oriented mindset
  • Are fluent in both English and Polish
  • Have an academic degree in computer science or other related areas

    Optional

  • Are experienced in database design schemas and data modeling
  • Have Knowledge of Advanced System Administration in ServiceNow
  • Have broad ServiceNow Knowledge and experience
