Your responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Software Engineer will be to introduce new features and maintain existing software in our next-generation WDM products.
Other tasks and responsibilities:
- Document performed work
- Participate in development and testing of our ETH/WDM products
- Propose and implement improvements in team processes and tools
- Learn skills required to perform assigned tasks
- Train and mentor other team members
Our requirements
- Academic degree in Informatics, Electronics or relevant
- Very good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Linux shell
- Strong C++ programming skills including at least C++17 standard
- Willingness to expand competencies as a software engineer
- Bash scripting on intermediate level
- Experience in Python programming language
- Practical knowledge of inter-process-communication mechanisms
- Experience in designing or development of user interfaces
- Knowledge of yang modeling language
- Experience in graph handling algorithms
