Your responsibilities
- Testing applications and system functions for latest Huawei mobile, wearable and smart appliance devices.
- Finding application issues, gathering application and system logs (crashes, performance logs, power consumption logs, stability logs, network protocol logs).
- Executing Lab tests for Bluetooth, NFC and Wi-Fi.
- Testing call quality, determining call quality factors. Multimedia testing (camera, voice/video codecs, streaming applications).
- Preparing Technical guides for both customers and Huawei personnel.
Our requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in system/application troubleshooting, including obtaining logs.
- Good knowledge of features of mobile / wearable operating systems like Android, iOS.
- Knowledge of mobile device’s wireless technologies, multimedia, codecs and use cases.
- Understanding of features of wearable and smart appliance devices.
- Basic understanding of how features of mobile, wearable and smart appliance devices are realized (usage of sensors, wireless communication protocols)
- Knowledge of the EU market for mobile devices, wearables and smart appliances.
- Self-reliance in task performing.
- Professional and clear issue description and reporting.
- Focusing on getting tasks done and timely reporting.
