About the project

You will be a key member of the Enterprise Infrastructure, Storage and Backup team, defining, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical technical infrastructure. You should be multi-skilled, demonstrating excellent technical competency with the ability to ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.
This position will take an active hands-on role delivering and managing Information Technology solutions, technical initiatives, and business projects with on premise equipment as well as cloud hosted services. You will utilize your communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help resolve issues as well as design and implement solutions.
Working hours Monday- Thursday, 12h shift

Your responsibilities

  • Support applications such as Sailpoint Bastion, OKTA, D007, UMRA, DUO, RVIEW, AWS, DNS, AVATIER, APRD/ACRA
  • Write batch and shell scripts for computer systems automation and information gathering
  • Review computer systems performance and identify, recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Document server design run books
  • Develop guidelines and installation instructions for software programs and code upgrades
  • Build Operating system patch deployment and code deployment methodologies
  • Responsible for storage configurations and general understand of SAN Storage and tools
  • Participate in the execution of Disaster Recovery exercises and own specific server tasks

Our requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux OS platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Networking and storage configuration
  • Very good English language skills

    Optional

  • Windows 3+ years hands on administration of Windows OS environments
  • VMware 3+ years hands on administration of VMware environments
  • Linux 3+ years hands on administration with RHEL or other Linux environments
  • 3+ years of hands on experience with Identity management software solutions like Avatier
  • Hands on experience with AWS, SailPoint and Active Directory
  • ITIL Foundations Certified U
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists ﴾MCTS﴿
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
