About the project
As Systems Engineer you will be responsible for overall architecture of a propulsion system as well as for ensuring that the project meets technical requirements from the beginning till the very end. This position requires knowledge from many engineering disciplines.
Your responsibilities
- Creating algorithms, system descriptions and documentation,
- Requirements management,
- Creating systems architecture,
- Preparing systems concepts and quotation,
- System components selection,
- Commissioning and tests,
- Direct contact with clients and suppliers,
- Close cooperation with other company divisions.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
- Good Polish skills,
- Good English skills - documentation is in English,
- Ability to read electrical schematics,
- Programming skills (any language),
- Experience with embedded systems,
- Knowledge from many engineering disciplines,
- Experience with safety-critical applications,
- Availability to travel.
- Experience with Model-based design (MBD) and Model-based systems engineering (MBSE),
- Experience with Simulink/Stateflow,
- Passion for sailing/motor boats,
- Experience with electric propulsion systems,
- Experience with CAN and protocols: J1939, CANopen, NMEA2k,
- Experience with requirements management,
- DFMEA, DVP&R,
- Driving license.

Currently, we are working on the project of the propulsion system for Sialia 57 yacht. It is an electric motorboat with 400 kW diesel range extender. Electric propulsion system consists of two electric motors, 400 kW each, and 240 kWh lithium-ion battery storage system.
