Recruitment process

RECRUITMENT TYPE:

Pre-interview (approximately 45 minutes)

An opportunity to share your story. We’ll discuss your professional background, core motivations, and alignment with our company values.

Role-Specific Interview (60 minutes)

We will evaluate your domain knowledge and core technical expertise through role-specific questions and a discussion about your professional experience.

Open Day (3 hours)

Meet your future teammates, feel the office vibe, and see where the magic happens. Afterwards, we’ll make our final decision and give you a call with the feedback!
