Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or solution architecture
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Windows, Linux, VMware, and networking
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow and ITSM processes, including infrastructure lifecycle management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical teams and business stakeholders

YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Account Architect to support and drive infrastructure transformation initiatives within a large-scale banking environment. The role combines architecture leadership, automation strategy, operational transformation, and client engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams and client stakeholders to define target architectures, identify optimization opportunities, and support delivery of strategic initiatives across infrastructure, security, automation, and service management.

Your role

As a R2R Junior Manager you will be expected to operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert for the client specific application of the client processes. You will be part of the processes, with the main focus on very complex transactions and resolving complex issues, as well as ensuring that the processes and controls are executed as agreed. You will be expected to be aware of the business context for the analyzed data, draw insights and make relevant recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client. In addition, you will be expected to drive process improvement through technology related tools within the given area of expertise.
